Arrangements for Dissemination of Corporate Communications
Pursuant to Rule 2.07A(1) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited under the expansion of paperless regime and electronic dissemination of Corporate Communications(Note) that came into effect from 31 December 2023, LHIL Manager Limited (as trustee-manager of Langham Hospitality Investments) and Langham Hospitality Investments Limited (collectively “Langham”) have adopted electronic dissemination of Corporate Communications and Actionable Corporate Communications(Note).
Both English and Chinese versions of all Corporate Communications and Actionable Corporate Communications of Langham are available on Langham’s website and HKEXnews’ website. If you wish to receive future Corporate Communications and Actionable Corporate Communications (if applicable) of Langham via electronic dissemination, please provide your email address by completing the online Request Form or scanning the adjacent QR code:

Holder of Share Stapled Units
In addition to the online Request Form, you may alternatively provide your email address in writing or request for receipt of future Corporate Communications in printed form by completing and returning the following Request Form to us either (i) by post to Suite 3210, 32nd Floor, Great Eagle Centre, 23 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong; or (ii) by email to [email protected]., specifying your name, address and request. Please note that the request for receiving the Corporate Communications in printed form is valid unless it is revoked, superseded, or until its expiry date on the last day of each calendar year (whichever is earlier).

If you wish to receive future Corporate Communications in printed form, please complete and return the following Request Form to us either (i) by post to Suite 3210, 32nd Floor, Great Eagle Centre, 23 Harbour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong; or (ii) by email to [email protected]., specifying your full name, address and request for receiving Corporate Communications in printed form. Please note that such instruction is valid unless it is revoked, superseded, or until its expiry date on the last day of each calendar year (whichever is earlier).

Note: “Corporate Communications” refer to annual reports, interim reports, notices of meetings, circulars, proxy forms and other publications of Langham for the Holders of Share Stapled Units; and “Actionable Corporate Communications” refer to any Corporate Communications that seek instructions from Holders of the Share Stapled Units in or other securities of Langham on how they wish to exercise their rights or make an election as Holders of the Share Stapled Units in or other securities of Langham.
Personal Information Collection Statement
“Personal Data” in this statement has the same meaning as “personal data” in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong (“PDPO”), which may include but not limited to your name, address, email address and/or telephone number. Your Personal Data provided is on a voluntary basis, and the same is collected and will be disclosed or transferred to Share Stapled Units Registrar of Langham and/or other companies or bodies solely for any of the purposes of receiving Corporate Communications of Langham. Failure to provide sufficient information may render Langham not able to process your instructions and/or requests. Your Personal Data will be retained for such period as may be necessary for verification and record purposes. You have the right to request access to and/or correction of your Personal Data in accordance with the provisions of the PDPO.
